HYPERAUTOMATION - CÔNG NGHỆ TẠO GIÁ TRỊ ĐỘT PHÁ CHO DOANH NGHIỆP TRONG KỶ NGUYÊN SỐ

Hyperautomation (Siêu tự động hóa) nằm trong top 10 xu hướng công nghệ nổi bật do Gartner bình chọn. Hyperautomation là giải pháp giúp kết hợp nhiều công nghệ tiên tiến khác nhau vào quy trình tự động hóa doanh nghiệp, nhằm tối ưu hóa hiệu quả và giảm chi phí, đồng thời giải phóng người lao động khỏi các công việc nhàm chán lặp đi lặp lại.

Theo báo cáo của Gartner, đến năm 2024, việc áp dụng công nghệ siêu tự động hóa kết hợp với thiết kế lại quy trình hoạt động sẽ giúp các tổ chức tiết kiệm khoảng 30% chi phí. Deloitte cũng dự báo chiến lược tự động hóa toàn diện doanh nghiệp sẽ giúp giảm khoảng 24% chi phí và tăng khoảng 8% doanh thu. Các doanh nghiệp sẽ ngày càng tự động hóa việc đưa ra quyết định dựa trên dữ liệu để giảm chi phí cơ hội. Họ cũng sẽ tập trung nhiều hơn vào việc xây dựng kho lưu trữ dữ liệu số dùng chung, thuận tiện cho làm việc, cộng tác từ xa để không bỏ lỡ cơ hội kinh doanh và tối ưu hóa trong vận hành doanh nghiệp.
